We have been instrumental in advancing Quay's backend systems since 2021. Our team develops robust backend software and enterprise-grade solutions that enable Quay to enhance its marketing capabilities and achieve significant operational improvements.
Quay was founded in Melbourne, Australia, in 2004 by Linda and Allen Hammond. The brand was born "roadside on the festival circuit," inspired by the music scene and the desire to create trendy, affordable eyewear for free-spirited individuals. The Hammonds identified a gap in the market between low-quality sunglasses and expensive designer frames, aiming to provide fashion-forward designs at an accessible price point.
A major part of Quay's success has been its strong social media presence and collaborations with celebrities and influencers, such as Kylie Jenner and Desi Perkins. Today, the brand is a global sensation, with its products available in over 35 countries and at thousands of retailers worldwide. In addition to sunglasses, the company now also offers blue light glasses and prescription eyewear.

Quay faced a significant operational challenge and needed a unified system to streamline its business. To address the challenges Quay faced, we adopted a refined approach, engineering a bespoke CRM and financial management platform designed to centralize their core business processes. The system features robust admin roles, allowing senior staff to efficiently assign tasks, monitor progress, and manage team workflows. To ensure an intuitive and productive user experience for everyone, we created separate, role-specific dashboards. For senior stakeholders, an advanced analytics dashboard provides a comprehensive, real-time view of all company analytics, from internal team performance to core financial metrics.
